We understand all businesses are different, that’s why we offer three tiers of Microsoft 365 packages. Starting with the Essentials package you’ll be able to use the four main Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) online only. You’ll get 1TB of online storage per user and a 50GB Outlook inbox limit for emails, calendar and contacts. The next stage is our Microsoft 365 Business package, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, Publisher and Lync – which can be run on up to five PCs or Macs at once. We also include email and storage on our Business package. If you’re looking for an access-all-areas type package, try Microsoft 365 Business Premium. You’ll benefit from a full collaboration service with Exchange email, SharePoint document storage, Skype and OneDrive with storage and syncing. In addition you’ll get a Yammer account and be able to use Delve for tracking what your colleagues are working on, plus many more apps and features that come as standard with this premium package.
Microsoft 365 includes all the programs you are familiar with, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. In addition, you have complete access to all audio and all video communications with programs like Skype for video conferencing. Microsoft continues to add new features to Microsoft 365 and to its apps and integrates them with other cloud services like Dropbox and Skype. It also continually updates mobile versions for iOS, Android and Windows
Microsoft 365 has been designed to simplify your business and home life with new features including real-time co-authoring in Word, simplified document sharing and the ability to send large files using OneDrive. Improved versioning means you can easily recall previous versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents from the History pane. Smart Lookup in Outlook allows users to quickly pull up related information from the internet without leaving the app as it loads into an ‘insights’ pane in your current view.
Office Groups 365 for Outlook offers an easy method for collaboration on tasks, eliminating email chains and replacing them with teams and project groups instead – where a shared inbox, calendar and file store can be accessed.
Excel fans will be glad to know that there is now a greater selection of charts and one-click forecasting and projections when working with available data.
Users of Skype will experience an extra layer of integration in Office 2016, as the Word and Excel apps now let users enter into a Skype call or use the Instant Messaging and screen sharing features, without having to leave your window.
