Can I scale up my cloud server?
Yes, you can scale up your cloud server to a larger configuration anytime you wish. If you would like to scale up your server, please do so from your account.
What are data disks?
A data disk is an additional storage unit you can add to a specific server or VLAN to store data. This disk will be separate from the main system disk where the operating system and pre-installed software are stored. The disk is initially added to an existing server but is detachable and can be attached to any other server as long as the operating systems are the same.
Are the servers managed?
The servers are semi managed. We will 100% manage at network level. Everything else will be best effort support. You can purchase full support from within your control panel.
Do I have to use the control panels that you offer?
We offer you a choice between Webmin, Plesk or cPanel control panels, however you don’t have to use these if you would prefer to use your own solution.
Should I buy a VPS
You can customise your VPS to your own specification. A VPS is great for when you want to be able to manage your web space’s resources without sharing them with other users.
